Webb31 juli 2010 · I've only experience extremely slow loading is when I reinstall the game on my new PC, the downloaded content installer was broken even till now, so I decided to manually extract the .package file. Running that huge load of .package file as mod sends the loading time to hell. Webb13 nov. 2016 · It takes really long to load up a new game! 12-15 minutes at the most. I do have a lot of custom content and mods. 12.3 GB to be exact.. But I don't really think that is the problem.. So I have delete cache files and files in the dcbackup folder. No difference. I can't have the sims 3 in the background loading or else it takes even LONGER.
