WebI feel very unpowered as a full health commando build I have all the commando perks under perception maxed out, I use a vats based fixer (50% VATS hit chance, reduced weight and vampire) but it can take up to a magazine to kill one super mutant. U can technically have a hybrid build but u will be doing mediocre damage with both I used to have a hybrid commando/heavy and it wasn't that good at all.
